At SM Stores, we aim to dispatch your order with care and speed.
🕑 Order Processing:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) will be shipped on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be shipped on the next working day.
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed by 1 to 2 working days due to unforeseen issues (technical, operational, or courier-related). We appreciate your understanding.
📦 Shipping & Delivery:
All orders are shipped via trusted courier services.
Tracking information will be shared once dispatched.
Delivery timeframes depend on the courier and your location.
For Local Delivery it takes 2 to 5 days and for other states in India it takes from 3 to 7 Business
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, as our products fall under personal use and fashion accessories:
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable:
All products sold on www.thesmstores.com are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of significant physical damage during transit.
✅ Eligible Damage Claims – Strictly Under These Conditions
We accept return or replacement requests only if the product is received in damaged condition and meets all of the following criteria:
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video:
Must be recorded from the beginning of unwrapping (before opening the outer cover).
Must be well-lit, high-quality, and continuous (no cuts, pauses, or edits).
Must clearly show all sides of the packaging and the product.
Timeframe for Reporting: Send the unboxing video and damage claim within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to our WhatsApp: +91 86100 21955.
Conditions NOT Eligible for Return:
Color variation due to display settings or lighting is not considered damage. Actual product color may slightly differ from website photos due to screen differences.
Minute stones/beads missing in imitation jewelry is not treated as damage. These are common minor issues in imitation jewelry and can be easily fixed by the customer.
Bangle Size Verification
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify the size of the bangles before placing an order.
- Bangles purchased of wrong sizes cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
- Please refer to our sizing guide or consult our customer service team for any size-related queries before making a purchase. We are not liable for any incorrect size selection.
Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Refund will be made to customers in the same mode of payment with in 3 to 7 Business days
